Demolition and reconstruction of a new brick and flint cottage. New bricks and flint were carefully chosen with the use of reclaimed clay and slate tiles for the house and garage roof respectively. All joinery items were meticuliously detailed and purpose made from a light oak. The contract value was appox £570,000 completed 2004
