Planning Permission was achieved for a contemporary four storey residential redevelopment of a brownfield site to provide 43 apartments. The approved development achieved almost a full site fill development with a central landscaped terrace, to provide shared amenity for the residents. The complex design includes for a variety of unit numbers including two storey duplex units with direct access to the landscaped terrace.

The planning process included establishing the loss of the vacant public house, designing beneath electricity cables from nearby pylons, complex highways negotiations, and development within the flood plain.
