Skinos Estate

Designed and managed closely with the Client, the two new Villas on the Island of Corfu are set into hillside overlooking the Mediterranean. The building layouts and elevations are inspired by local traditional style, incorporating stone excavated from the site itself. Externally terraced gardens and olive groves down to the sea edge.
Legislation severely restricted the permissible building footprint. Careful planning and use of the sloping site has maximised use of under-croft spaces to create spacious and airy interior over three levels.
